ÖVERHÖRNÄS CAMPING
It´s not just a camping, it´s a family hood
Överhörnäs Camping is a small cozy family owned and operated campground with 55 pitches, 9 cabins and with a restaurant and bar. We are located next to the river Moälven 9 km south of Örnsköldsvik. A perfect basecamp for visiting Örnsköldsvik, the High Coast with its fantastic nature, and the Fjällräven outlet or for overnighting on your way to other destinations. Here you can eat, drink, relax, swim, fish and do kayaking. Dogs are of course also welcome.
RESTAURANT
Since the start of season 2024 we can offer food and drinks from our new restaurant and bar. Open to the public. Drop in is possible, or call or email in case you wish to make a reservation.
MENU
Home made high quality food for adults and kids. We can also offer beer, wine and drinks in our bar.
EVENTS
During the season we arrange events such as troubadour evenings with live music.
Friday & Saturday 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Lat day for the season, Saturday August 24th.
PITCHES
All our pitches are connected to electricity and divided by a fence. All pitches got a surface of grass, or combination grass/gravel.
RV-PARK
If you wish to stay on a smaller surface to a lower price we can offer a few RV-park. Surface of gravel and best suited for motorhomes. The RV-park area is located close to our service facilities.
TENT
For you traveling by MC/bike and wish a smaller grass surface without electricity we can offer a number of pitches. Rent of a regular pitch is of course also possible.

If you wish, bedlinen and towel can be added at extra cost. On departure, cleaning can also be offered.
OUR FACILITIES
Your experience means everything to us! To simplify your stay, here at Överhörnäs Camping everything is included in the fee such as WIFI, washing machine, emptying of graywater and on top, we don’t charge extra for warm water in showers either. Kayaks and rowing boat also included!
We are cash free, payment can be done with basically any type of credit / debit card. Check-in is possible any day of the week. Our latest check-in time varies pending time of the season. Give us a call for information on what applies today.
In our reception/kiosk we offer ice cream, sodas, coffee and candy.
